The 51st Multiple District Lions Convention will be held again in Kuala Lumpur in April 2013 and having remembered the previous Convention was held at the same city almost 13 years ago. In comparison over the years many things in this city has changed; the skyline, the streets, the traffic and not mentioning we do have the occasional floods!
